Didsbury 4kw Solar PV Install
This week Atlantic Renewables completed a 4kw system, which consisted of 16 x 250w all black Solar World monocrystalline panels and a SolarEdge Inverter. The panels were spread out over the two front elevations along with 16 SolarEdge optimisers. These optimisers increase energy output from the solar panels by constantly tracking the maximum power point of each module individually. The optimisers will communicate with the inverter and with the optional Wifi Module kit, that attaches to the inverter, the customer will be able to view all the data by logging on to the SolarEdge Monitoring Portal. Here they can view total generation and also each panels maximum output. We also installed an Immersun Immersion Diverter to the property, which is essentially an automatic power controller that diverts surplus power from the solar panels to a designated load, in this instance an immersion heater. This will save energy and minimise the customers utility bills.
