Atlantic Renewables installed a 10kw system, which consisted of 38 x 260w monocrystalline Winaico panels. All 38 panels were mounted on one of the Farms many barns, using Red Tip mounting equipment. An SMA Sunny Tripower Inverter was used on this system, which is capable of dealing with the 3 phases of power coming into the farm. The roof was made up of Trapezoidal metal roofing sheets, so we couldn't use the standard roof hooks. We had to order in specialised rails with clamps from Red Tip, which are designed for use on Trapezoidal roofs. The rails were fastened down using self tapping screws, which when tightened have a rubber washer on that forms a seal, to prevent leaks.
