This week Atlantic Renewables completed a 4kw system, which consisted of 16 x 250w Solar World all black monocrystalline panels, All 16 of the panels were mounted on the rear of the property, using the very best mounting equipment form Schletter. A solaredge Inverter was used on this job alongside Solaredge Optimisers, these optimisers will speak to the inverter giving it information on how much the panels are generating. A way for the customer to see this information was for Atlantic Renewables to attach a wi-fi module kit to the inverter, this will then send all the data to the households router. All the customer has to do then is logon to Solaredge monitoring portal and view the generation information in the form of graphs. They can also see each individual panel and how much they are generating individually. The customer also opted for an Immersun Immersion Diverter which detects how much power is being exported from the solar to the grid and directs this power to the immersion heater, ensuring all of the solar power is fully utilised.
