This week Atlantic Renewables completed a 3.6kw system, which consisted of 12 x 300w LG all black monocrystalline panels, with a Solar Edge Inverter. The Inverter is paired up to the 12 Solar Edge optimisers that are connected directly to the solar panels. This means each panel will work independently and therefore give the customer the maximum potential from the panels. These were used due to the possibility of shading from the trees across the road. Atlantic Renewables also installed the zigbee kit, which sits on top of the inverter and communicates via the household wi-fi. The customer is then able to sign in to Solar Edges Portal and view how much their system is generating, along with how much each panel is generating. All 12 panels were mounted on the front elevation using Schletter mounting equipment.
